PRE-SPANISH ERA The life of Filipinos  before the Spaniards came in the country live a life that is similar or other people from other countries in the primitive society. They were considered wanderer of the land, transferred from one place to another, used to hunt for food, and protect their lives from the intimidating environment.  Their only motivation for moving is to stay alive.They were able to learn new skills such as running, jumping, leaping, and even climbing as a result of this, making them stronger and more physically fit. DURING SPANISH REGIME The loss of the Philippines by the Spaniards had little effect on the physical landscape. Except for the forced labour of those from lower social classes in the construction of churches, there are no other tasks. Since they only waited for the harvest time after planting, people lived sedentary lives. In 1725, Fray Gaspar de San Agustin published a paper describing the history of Agustinian missions in the Philippine in which Filipin
