THE WATER DISASTER Story time! We are at the beach on the day of my cousin's birthday celebration. Our entire families are present, taking in the breath taking scenery. I was around 12 years old at the time, and I don’t know how to swim in a limited capacity. By the time my cousin and I decided to go to the water with some life savers (salbabida), it was fun until a big wave came crashing down on us and we lost the life saver. Unfortunately, after that big wave, my cousin and I were separated and the water was above our heads. Because the water is too high for us to ask for aid at that time, we are unable to do so. Fortunately, someone noticed us and safely rescued us. HOW TO OVERCOME THE SAID EXPERIENCE? 1. Before engaging in this type of aquatic activity, make sure you have a buddy with you so that no matter what happens, there is someone who can save us.. 2. Do wear a life jacket. 3.
